Postage
All orders are sent post free.
Cards with name/s and date will be posted out same day if I receive personalisation details before 12 noon.
Cards with dressed figures will be posted next day, again, once I get details.
Cards made to your own specification will take a week to make, subject to agreeing design.
Packing
All cards come with envelope in a cellophane bag and are posted in a board-backed envelope to reach you in perfect condition.
Thicker designs are posted out in a jiffy pack strengthened with stiff card
Personalisation
Cards can be personalised in a number of ways. I can add name(s), age date or personalised figures. Please read the listing to check which are available. I also have listings for cards which are made to your own ideas.
Returns
Cards are sold as per photo or as agreed. However, should you have a problem please contact me and I will be happy to discuss it with you and resolve the issue.
